1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jelebit online gaming platform — including but not limited to the jelebit Casino, jelebit Login page, game lobby, sportsbook, cashier, and any promotional features — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on jelebit from time to time.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any other persons who access or use jelebit services. 2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use jelebit, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of jelebit or its affiliated entities.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on jelebit or any related gaming platform.

Each individual player may maintain only one (1) registered account on jelebit. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jelebit reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

3 Account Security and jelebit Login

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jelebit Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. jelebit strongly recommends that you use a strong, unique password for your jelebit Login and that you enable two-factor authentication where available.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jelebit are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jelebit supports the following Philippine payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank.

Deposits: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jelebit account instantly. Bank transfer deposits are credited within standard Philippine banking processing times. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the jelebit cashier at the time of transaction and are subject to change.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. jelebit aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers and same-day for verified e-wallet channels, subject to volume and verification status.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts verified as belonging to the registered player.
• jelebit reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Funds deposited via bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
• jelebit is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, Philippine banking institutions, or e-wallet service providers.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

jelebit offers various bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional campaigns to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, fully registered Philippine players aged 21 and above, unless stated otherwise.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games for each promotion will be stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period specified. Expired bonuses will not be reinstated.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified by jelebit.
• jelebit reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to fair treatment obligations to players who have already claimed and are actively using a bonus.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus structures, including through collusion, arbitrage betting, or systematic abuse, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

Players who have registered a self-exclusion or applied a cooling-off period are not eligible to claim any jelebit bonus during that period. Self-excluded players who attempt to claim bonuses will have those bonuses cancelled.

6 Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games available on jelebit — including slots, live casino titles, sportsbook markets, online sabong, bingo, Teen Patti, and Midas Fortune — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each respective game or game category on the platform. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these general Terms, the more specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that specific game.

All casino games on jelebit use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer formats operated by licensed game providers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published transparently in the game lobby. jelebit does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical failure — including server interruption, disconnection, or software malfunction — during a game session, jelebit will make reasonable efforts to restore game state to the last verifiable position. Where restoration is not possible, jelebit will void the affected round and return the applicable wager to the player's account. jelebit's decision on technical disputes shall be final.

Sportsbook bets placed on jelebit are subject to the sportsbook rules published in the relevant section of the platform, including rules governing void bets, settlement timelines, and disputes relating to Philippine Basketball Association (PBA), NBA, UFC, boxing, and other covered events.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jelebit. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using jelebit if you are under 21 years of age.
• Opening or operating more than one jelebit account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using jelebit for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the jelebit platform, including the jelebit Login process, game interfaces, or cashier.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to jelebit support immediately.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or disassemble any part of the jelebit platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jelebit staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel.
• Using jelebit from a jurisdiction where access to online gambling is prohibited by local law.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Account Suspension and Closure

jelebit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• jelebit has reason to believe that the player is under 21 years of age.
• Fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity is suspected or confirmed.
• The player's KYC documents cannot be verified or are found to be fraudulent.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the player or a third party on their behalf.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require action on the account.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, jelebit will retain any funds in the account for the duration of the investigation. Where fraud or terms violations are confirmed, jelebit may forfeit some or all funds in the account. Where an account is closed without fault on the part of the player, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the jelebit platform — including but not limited to the jelebit logo, brand name, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jelebit or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jelebit platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any jelebit content without the prior written consent of jelebit.

Any unauthorised use of jelebit's intellectual property — including scraping platform content, reproducing jelebit branding, or reverse-engineering platform software — will be treated as a violation of applicable Philippine intellectual property law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jelebit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the jelebit platform or any of its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, jelebit specifically excludes liability for:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failure, connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on jelebit.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party providers such as GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or UnionBank.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your jelebit Login credentials.
• Losses arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions.

jelebit's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12 Privacy and Data

jelebit collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is available at jelebit.net/privacy-policy.

By registering on jelebit and completing the jelebit Login process, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration, KYC verification, payment processing, and your ongoing use of the platform.

jelebit will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed KYC verification providers, payment processors, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement agencies where required by Philippine law.

13 Amendments to Terms

jelebit reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. 14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the use of jelebit, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

jelebit operates in alignment with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming in the Philippines. Nothing in these Terms limits jelebit's obligations under applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under Philippine law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
